Let me take a minute to set the record straight. At the 2012 shareholders meeting it was announced that Gerry Lenfest was going to exchange his preferred shares of TelVue for $70.00. That was at the beginning of the meeting. They then announced a 200 to 1 reverse split. At that point I spent the next hour begging and pleading not to do the split. It was done and history tells the rest. Our share price wind down and many lost paper value. Since that time we have overcome the ravages of the split and are now ready to move forward.
The point being Gerry Lenfest did not take a discount.
