APT LOOSES OWNERSHIP OF SONIC FLOW AND SMARTCARB PATENTS!!
APT signed over to Mazuma their IP "intellectual property" (PATENTS to their SONICFLOW and SMARTCARB) for a loan $6,718,743 and $6,781,906, respectively!!!

In exchange for the loan. The lender (Mazuma) then grants a license to practice the IP (patents) back to the company (APT). As the lender now owns the IP, the lender has the right to exclude others from practicing it. ABSENT A LICENSE FROM THE LENDER (Mazuma), the borrower does not have the right to practice the IP and its value as a company is diminished, an outcome the lender does not want. Therefore the lender will need to license the borrower to prac- tice the IP. As a result, the lender is given ownership of the IP, while the borrower and ANY OTHER PARTY that is granted a license from the lender is free to market products using that IP.
Now as owner and lender of the (IP) (Mazuma) becomes directly involved in management of the borrower’s (APT's) business , to the extent the IP is central to that business. The assignment can put the lender (Mazuma) in the driver’s seat in regard to decisions about patents, including whether or how to license the patent, how to prosecute patent applications, and whether to enforce the patents against infringers.

On April 30, 2013, APT Powersport and Utility Products amended an original credit agreement entered into on June 30, 2011 with Mazuma Credit Union. The terms of the credit agreement include, 6.25% interest (rate as of financial statement date) through the maturity date of December 31, 2013. As of December 31, 2013 and 2012, the Company owed $834,265 and $998,947, respectively.
On December 29, 2011, APT Powersport and Utility Products amended an original credit agreement entered into on August 25, 2011 with Mazuma Credit Union. The terms of the credit agreement include, 6.25% interest (rate as of financial statement date) through the maturity date of December 31, 2013. As of December 31, 2013 and 2012, the Company owed $4,886,780 and $4,782,560, respectively.
On April 30, 2013, American Performance Technologies amended an original credit agreement entered into on November 10, 2011 with Mazuma Credit Union. The terms of the credit agreement include, 6.25% interest (rate as of financial statement date) through the maturity date of December 31, 2013. As of December 31, 2013 and 2012, the Company owed $997,698 and $1,000,399, respectively.
Total outstanding balance as of December 31, 2013 and 2012 for the above lines of credit, were $6,718,743 and $6,781,906, respectively.
Subsequent to the balance sheet date, the lines of credit were amended as follows: $500,000 was paid to Mazuma; the interest rate was increased from 6.25% to 9.25%; the maturity date was extended; and no further draws will be permitted on any of these lines of credit.
The lines of credit are collateralized by substantially all non-real estate assets of the Company, except the note receivable described in Note 5. With respect to accounts receivable, Mazuma is junior to the Company’sFactor.

Bravo!!! You were able to escape this awful pos stock and now your back dedicating your time to warn all the helpless new investors before they lose money here...you deserve a medal, you sir are the real MVP. Your not only making money in other stocks but you find time to come back to this board to warn all new comers of how bad of a stock this is. I mean really, this stock is horrible, real products and massive amounts of debt due to borrowing funds just to turn around and rob all of us helpless investors and although all these poor little investors should understand the risk here and do their own dd, you care so much that you tell them what they should or already know, me personally, if it doesnt put money in my pockets i wouldnt waste my time. Somebody give this guy a humanitarian award for his worthless efforts! Very few people here care about the business or the products, their here to trade the stock and the hype but miraculously some how they will listen to you and run. Wrong I'm not down on this pos anymore. I was in this before the run, before the merger. Sold made some then bought back in then was down. Took along time (to long) of trading this p/d to get positive $. I will stay right here and keep on warning potential new investors of the risks of this pos. what they do is their choice. If the Co turns things around GREAT but we all know better. If anything this is just going to be a quick p/d nothing more.

Frosr, dd and koolaid quit already and you are still here when this run up you will hit that bad karma from refraining other investors to make money here which you don't believe will happen but surely will do.. You are just hurt you came in at the wrong time. Like you said you came in at .028 and we all know that almost the peak of the last run. We are sorry for your poor decision making but don't try to influence those who can get in at the best price ever and even better than most of us. If you cant make money from here, the newcomers will definitely will but as for your position, it is almost impossible or you got to wait like 2years to get even. Nope not saying that at all. What I'm saying is this co has been to date a pos that uses it common investors as an ATM. If you or anybody can make money on this co hey good for you. That's what it's all about.
I'm telling it like it is, no fairy tales not making any negative crap up either. APT did this to the share price, not I or anybody else. They're the ones throw out empty promises/dates/financial #'s/ect. and just keep handing out shares at our expense and frankly that's BS.
Not going to pretend it isn't just to be able to unload on some poor sap who comes along thinking this is gods gift.

This stock is only good for only flipping and lately that has been damn near impossible to do. Hey maybe it will run a little who knows the power of the pump. I do know this is not a buy and hold as so many like to state. Not now and not until they start showing its investors they GAF with hard numbers. I don't want to hear about ppl showing interest or future possibilities those do not matter I want to see $ coming in not out. Cash is king!
Oh and lastly where can I go to get paid for "bashing" a company (if that's even true)? Please let me know because I would probably make a hell of a lot more.
