A lot. Bad news is lawsuits take years to play out with all the appeals etc that come into play. Actually, is it the same in Canada? Anyone know how their tort system works in comparison to US?
How much will TRTC collect after they sue Anson Funds and there associates?
I would be happy with 3. Dispensary, Cultivation & Production. Even 1 license should make them hundreds of millions of dollars over the next decade
Im pretty sure they have to be well capitalized to even qualify for a license. That's one of the qualifications to get a rec license in Colorado. That have the cash, I'm not worried
Good TRTC post Greengro.....I looked up the definition and proper ways to utilize this word,(irregardless) and what I have came up with is that....irregardless is used only by obsessive stalkers that have become irrelevant to the subject or person that is being stalked !
Stalkers do not like being irrelevant as it makes them feel as if their subject is ignoring them.
No one cares anymore......they have become irrelevant......and irregardless it really does hurts! It comes with the obsessive mental disorder that stalkers have to deal with.

Detractors are quick to point out that TRTC revenues will be cut by 50%, and in the same breath they point out that TRTC will not be able to afford 100% of the costs of start up. Something inconsistent about this argument I would say.
Hoping to see .38-.39 first thing Monday morning so I could add another 100k shares. Certainly don't want to see a gap up, though that's very much a possibility

I know it is already obvious to most of us, but just think of all the investors who have yet to touch a MJ stock, and they decide to get some exposure.
Who will they pick?
If you wanted exposure to electric vehicles 2 years ago, you would have picked tesla
10-15 years ago, if you wanted exposure to ecommerce, you would have picked Amazon
These are the 2 sector leader story stocks that are most similar to TRTC from an investment perspective, IMO
Both upstarts and underdogs (Amazon to the big box stores and tesla to the big carmakers) with visionary, charismatic and telegenic CEOs who knew how to network in the financial and political worlds.
Both became Wall Street darlings despite zero profitability due to massive revenue escalation and the future promise of massive earnings -- both chose to invest in infrastructure and distribution first -- just like DP will do, grabbing as many licenses as possible in big cities by application or acquisition.
The profits will come later -- heck, Amazon still isn't profitable 15 years later and Wall Street doesn't care.
(Only in pennyland, where 90% of the stocks are scams and 99% of the companies never make it, is profitability used so singularly as a metric to differentiate a rare winner stock from the huge pile of loser stocks.)

I stand corrected fatstaxx....last quarter it was reported a little earlier. I am hoping for amazing numbers in that Edible Gardens is growing revenues at an alarming rate.
The timing probably would be too soon with all the developments going on. It would get drowned out on just the Nevada big news events alone, with the red fruit hitting the market, and cbd lab coming online......hang on for the ride!
Many big developments coming for TRTC......and Edible Gardens is still generating revenue.....What a great time to be in this gem stock. JMHO
TRTC will own 100% of the Nevada Licenses within 6-18 months.
They will buy out the other owners.
Once the stock price gets to a certain level and/or once they have access to enough cash, they can give them shares, cash or a combo of both.
If I were a part owner of a dispensary with TRTC, I would rather own a percentage of TRTC via shares (indirectly owning a % of all licenses + labs + all MJ products) than a percentage of 1 license -- but most part owners are much less risk-averse than me and just want cash.
Of course, the company will be named BLUM by then and the symbol will be BLUM.
This is consistent with the roll-up strategy DP has mentioned.
If he plans on buying out the other owners of Oakland Blum so TRTC owns 100% of it when it is folded into TRTC, then I see no reason why they won't do the same in Nevada.
It is cheaper to buy out 50% of something than it is to buy out 100% of something, which is what TRTC will do when they buy out the other MMJ dispensaries in Oakland.
Bottom line: TRTC will have ownership of 100% of all the licenses in Nevada in 6-18 months, perhaps even sooner (if the other owners want to sell their share of the license without taking on any operating risk), and will therefore get 100% of all revenue and earnings.
If they didn't go in 50/50 or 55/45, then they would have walked away without any licenses.
