For real? I'm clearly not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but how is making a big bold shout out announcement on a public board to warn "personal followers" to "jump ship", protecting their money from loss? I would be pissed if I were a follower. Because if folks actually took that seriously and it triggers an avalanche they will all get buried in the snow. Not that I'm complaining mind you. I love the leadership, because I have a pretty fat bid in to catch a nice piece of your follower's avalanche trapped shares. So I'll just say thanks in advance for being able to buy your follower's .0004s for the avalanche sale price of .0002-.0003.

No, there is no evidence to that effect, It's baseless speculation made on absurd assumptions since there is nothing in any filings, stating that is what the CEO intends on doing. There is no more of a clue than the post before it. I always read poster's previous posts about MHYS and consider the source. By all indications, Daniel Grodnik is trying to build a legit company and is making definitive statements in filings. If his only goal wast to sell shares and dilute the structure, to launder money do you honestly believe big names would associate themselves with him or his company? Do some research. Even the name of his company is rooted deep in his past. This company is as much a part of him as he is of it. Yes, he has some looming debt, and yes there is risk involved in parking money here;however if he plays his cards right and a couple of these upcoming projects pan out with a couple lucky public acceptance breaks, he will be able to pay off the convertible debt that he had to take on to stay afloat over the last several years before the notes mature and shares get converted.
If that happens all current shareholders that were wise enough to bring their average share price down to these levels will be well rewarded. If his latest projects don't do well, we could certainly see things get worse before they get better and may have to take a loss. Personally I find it comforting that the CEO is confident enough to be semi-heavily vested here; with almost 200 million shares in lieu of salary that he can only sell off little by little, by law. He wasn't gifted these shares, he could have very easily dumped 750 million shares at .0005 on the market and taken $375K of accrued salary at shareholder expense. Instead he threw down as a fellow shareholder and bought 185 million shares at .002 with his paycheck. So currently he effectively has over a third o a million dollars invested in his own company and is seeing as much or more red than the majority of current shareholders. To me, that speaks volumes about where he stands.
