Agreed. Dilution is over imo. Buybacks will soon occur. Ghana and congress profits increasing value of this company will reflect on the pps. Joel could have r/s this stock to reduce o/s but instead is taking the right and honest approach IMO. Joel said he would address keystone c&d letter next week according to a response on twitter. Let's see what he has in store for us..
