Reverse split of 1:7 to 1:25 coming around Nov 7. SEC filing says it all. This has to be Bruce Harmon's bright idea! He did the brilliant 25% bonus to shareholders at the end of the recent 'pump and dump' and it's been like water ever since - looking for lower ground!
