I'll preface by saying I'm not sure, but my understanding is that the problems with the prototype pod need to be fixed and signed off on by HC in some capacity. I do not think every single pod they install would need to be inspected assuming they had a sign off that the prototype was compliant. At that point CEN would receive a ready to grow, and then the only remaining hurdle would be a final quality inspection by HC. Any future expansion of pods would be to the discretion of CEN assuming they remained compliant with what was laid out on the initial inspection, and they were still meeting their quality measures.
Of course this would make sense in the context of my business experience, HC doesn't seem to abide by normal business practices so I'm not sure still...
