Can someone can help me out?
I was looking at the posts made from Chiinkwia on ihub. I do not understand why they were posted or how they relate to XNRG.
I tried looking up the court cases, but I only get the summary posted. I can not find anything on the cases themselves. Further, these were filed against Minecore International, Inc. not Jerry.
The Google link provided only shows links to the two court cases, but otherwise goes to Jerry’s twitter page, LinkedIn page, etc. There were no results that came up, at least on my end, with anything insinuating Jerry and SEC fraud.
The post named “Jerry Mikolajczyk, CEO or Scammer” with no links or DD, just a post on a forum.
The scentofawinner link made no sense, it relates to America benefits group. It looks like a positive posts about the company. Nothing related to Jerry.
The article “MADAGASCAR? ISN’T THAT ON THE INTERNET? -- AMERICAN BENEFITS GROUP, INC.” just mentioned a report by stockpatrol.com about the company. Granted Jerry was President and CEO at the time, but I do not see anything that relates to fraud or any accusations.
So my question is, what is the point of these posts? They do not seem to relate to anything XNRG related.
