"I am not aware of any "Company" that can purchase shares like that." I Think I used the wrong wording on that. What I mean to say was individuals connected in someway (either professionally or just in the know) to companies partnered with DUTV.
Many would consider it "insider" trading but I'm sure you know how prevalent it can be, especially with a low pps company like DUTV who is supposedly destined to revisit it's former highs of $3.75.
It's one of the hardest thing to swallow about DUTV.
