What was thinking there's outfits that will fund your oil venture if you sell them your oil at discount small producers will sell half their production or more at below market to get that funding . Others will play fast and loose and roll the dice and when the price drops their screwed. I'm sure you guys know this I just want to know what is Treaty doing .
