Partly agree, the officers of this scam may have their personal assets seized and or attached (homes, bank accounts, cars, properties, investments future earnings) if convicted of fraud or other offenses. The money had to go somewhere, surely did not make it to the shareholders!
So one can only hope that these criminal acts by management, that robbed hundreds of investors out of their money face prosecution and loose more than they had gained.
