Hi Kerry,
Good to hear you and Jason defending yourselves publicly against the baseless attacks by the lowlife seascumb. I wish you and Jason well, as always, but since you give the impression that these certs are forever worthless could you please just answer this one burning question about them:
Why on earth would PV issue these certs in the first place, he didn't have to, he didn't need to, he should have known it would be the death of his company if he failed to deliver their implied value and he must have known the complications involved in both delivering them correctly and redeeming them justly.
I'm certainly not blaming you or Jason, I believe everything you have said about them to be exactly what you believed to be true but both you and Jason indicated he had the $4 million covered at the time. What was that really all about? Was this a sincere effort on PVs part to make up for the previous Red Tide fiasco, to reward long term shareholders, or was it a valiant but flawed effort to increase the share price long enough for him to use more share shares to keep the company afloat while these deals developed? It's really hard to believe he was doing this gift out of the kindness of his heart, so what was his strategy with these certificates that has only caused so many, including PV, grief. I would appreciate any reply you might give private or public. Thank you.
