Hi Guys
This was what my last and final post on iHub was
Along with telling that site i feel both iHUb and Fracked are in somehow co hoots with this board and as was told to us a long time ago some chick called Janice Shell to all go F them self.
Dementia has a time frame to respond to the proceeding before it gets set to tribunal for trial.The first 90 days has past with nothing /No response from Dementia.This was due 90 days from June 5 /2014 when your Patent agent Jack Todd was served notice.Again all documents on Patent site so don't try to say i am getting from TMMI management or lawyers.
The filing date as noted in all the records for public viewing.
That date for initial response was Sept 5/2014
TMMI is waiting which is why it states pending.
What is taking Dementia to respond !!

So what you have to say about how goes the patent challenge.
Why is Dementia not responding???
They will never respond
