GNCP - I would think that anyone banging the drum for catching financial criminals would want to see the illegal naked short selling collaborators arrested, tried, and locked up.
More and more proof is coming out demonstrating the crimes of the market makers, broker-dealers, institutional investors, and retail brokers. SEC and FINRA complaints and fines are beginning to litter the newswires. Little to no attention and/or credit is given to the FACTS.
Even better yet, high profile investment bankers are starting to litter the streets. Falling from windows, jumping in front of trains and stray bullets...
GNCP is a textbook target. Taken down from much higher levels through well collaborated and well coordinated efforts.
How busy and active has Kevin Hamilton, from ETrade been with regard to GNCP? We know that he has been abusing his privilege and position at ETrade with regard to FFGO.
