Bill stated he would be inspected in April, that created expectations among shareholders. He stated he would be planting in May, that created expectations among shareholders. He stated he would be harvesting in July and that created expectations among shareholders. He never says "we will" but uses "we expect". Obviously Bill is not from Missouri. The Show Me State - show me results, not words. What I am saying is keep your mouth shut Bill. Since your expectations have yet to be fulfilled as regards HC, then drop the lines. All you do is create expectations that are not met. So, that five star Fortune 500 client PR company they hired should be restraining him, and Sam is no better. Since they know no new licenses have been granted, shut up about "expecting" them. When it does not happen, it just creates more anxiety and what you are seeing on the board, the tip of the sentiment iceberg, shows itself.
I am not saying Bill is wrong, I am saying he should shut up. Let facts speak for themselves, not his great expectations. Leave that to Charles Dickens. Sure it might provide a little price pop, the longs come out screaming short squeeze, the antagonists have more ammo. And really, quoting rise51 - since he has been blogging his infomercials the price is taking a beating.
