I'm still not sure why you would say Communications with SH and Town of LS is "weak". How many PR's, town hall, open house, public press conferences can they provide both SH and residents? OTC, are you believing that 5 locals complain about sunsets, piping and odors and this creates a valid concern representative of 35k residents? I'm confused and have yet to see any OTC company's provide 1/10 the transparency with their publics. What else do you recommend they do for both? As you know, there is only so much a public company can provide it's shareholders and most company's hold this information with a death grip. We all did and do our DD and base our decisions on what we know or believe to be accurate.
In regards to "massive quantities of shares being sold into the open market", assuming it may be insiders, could it be reasonable to then assume it's to fund the company's projects while waiting for lic? Do we agree here that this is reasonable and given the circumstances expected while HC delays all mmpr lic?
