The volume of sales at the pricing suggests this is insiders who received shares that are selling into the market. This could be as simple as someone who received shares is cashing out to move on to something else. Remember that when shares are issued at par value that the quantity of shares when issued includes both cost and profit unless issued for services which then includes value of services provided at the time services were provided. This means that shares issued at .001 at 100% for value received services, goods, etc., that selling them into the retail market at .035 (example) is a huge upside to the beneficiary but because of the volume cause a drop in PPS if there are less buyers than sellers (by volume)
I think that is what we have been seeing over the last 8 weeks which in no way changes the underlying business model of the company from an operational standpoint. The company has still accomplished an amazing amount of structural milestones which seem designed to position the company for major operations worldwide although installing grow pods, obtaining license, completed audited financials, merger and uplist will be the key here and will make a huge impact on PPS as these things do occur.
There is plenty of opportunity to accumulate as these shares enter the market.
