I think right now they are running on a bare bones

I think right now they are running on a bare bones crew, with only the absolutely necessary folks in place with all multi tasking is why things appear to be not being done, or, appear sloppy. That coupled with the fact that they wanted the License before the audit and merger, at which time they would release the data and try to upgrade. JMO GLTA
