Following the instructions of an attorney as recommended by dirt-mouth I started at the local level. For me that is Clifton Heights, Pa. Now this is funny. Clifton said “Where do you live” I said Lansdowne Towers and the clerk said you have to go to Upper Darby. Get ready to laugh I’ll wait till you get a hankie. UD said we don’t do that so you have to go to Media, PA at the courthouse. For anyone who may not know I am a British bulldog. As bull headed as they come. Unrelenting, tenacious, and never, never a quitter. There were three agents of CID there and the first thing they did was confiscate my cell phone and down load it’s contents. Then they ask me to sign a document which meant I essentially gave up every rite I had under every amendment of the constitution of the US. I gave them permission by signing the right to search and seize any and all of my property and submit to any search including mouth swabs and drug tests. The lawyers at Media are not smart enough to know I can not legally give up my rites under the constitution of the US. Their form is illegal.
