Need a third party, SUCKER!, to take on injections and liability. Would set up mutiple levels of limited liability companies owning a path of companies to throw away companies that take the liability and filings on for injections.

In the Bush Administration the USGS had easy to find links to get history in some areas. But the Obama Administration changed up web pages. The USGS Earthquake shake map and sublinks went from great to fair and is now a nightmare to find info that was once easy.
