Today, for example, manipulation of pps was played all day long until close. Do you know that shortly before the market closed 400 shares were sold at 0.0169 even the bid was higher?
Also, today, before the pps was brought down to .017 manipulation toke place. 600, 800 shares were used to bring the price down.
Any stock would suffer the same manipulation with absence of critical PRs related to the main goal of the company, that's to get certified.
