This company needs to survive because guess what?

This company needs to survive because guess what? If it doesn't the lawyers, lawsuits, SEC, etc will be all over that "loopback" crap! What would happen when shareholders who have invested $100K's into TECO stock find out the company needs to fold? I would think that is not an option for prior management, associates of prior management, etc. There would be zero reasons not to start the investigations so those hiding something would come under the microscope. I've been there before with another stock and again; the CEO received 20 years!!! With today's technology, law enforcment techniques, etc the chit won't stick and many shareholders will make sure of it! Getting it done is in their best interests and getting the PPS into silver is in their best interests. Al Capone and Lucky Luciano need to work together so both families are happy otherwise...................!
