Cloudwords Debuts Next Generation Translation Review Capability

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 28, 2014) - OneReview, a new feature of the Cloudwords Marketing Globalization Platform , launches today for marketers, their translation agencies and in-house reviewers looking to further accelerate translation processes, improve translation quality, and speed up international marketing initiatives. OneReview literally puts managers, reviewers, and translation providers on the same page, improving workflow, collaboration and efficiency at one of the most challenging stages of the translation process. Now, with a centralized cloud-based review platform, all collaborators involved in the translation review process can standardize and optimize reviews across all content channels and agencies, regardless of content type or file format.

OneReview delivers shared visibility all along the review process, streamlining project workflow and reducing project delays caused by multiple documents and file formats. With OneReview, all stakeholders can view source text and translations side by side, review them simultaneously, enter suggested edits, submit back to translation service providers, and approve final versions. Whether users work with multiple, different content systems and many translation vendors, the localization review process is standardized for all collaborators and reviewers, making the entire process easier to learn and simpler to work in.

OneReview provides immediate benefits for everyone involved in the translation workflow. Reviewers -- individuals who check that their company's translations are accurate and brand compliant -- will now be able to spend less time doing something that is usually not their main job, and will be able to more easily provide feedback to the translators. For translation service providers, Cloudwords' OneReview provides the ease of standardized review feedback via Cloudwords' best in class XLIFF conversion and commenting system, meaning vendors no longer receive content from clients in multiple file formats and conventions. And as always, managers can easily keep tabs on translation projects to confirm whether they are on track, in danger of delays, or completed.

Cloudwords' Marketing Globalization Platform remains the only enterprise-grade marketing content localization solution with pre-built integration capabilities with every major marketing automation, content management system, and Web CMS platform.

"Just like marketing or procurement, businesses expanding overseas should approach content localization as a revenue-enhancing business process where optimization creates competitive advantage. The launch of OneReview shows our commitment to continually improving translation workflow and delivering business advantages for our customers," said Scott Yancey, CEO and Co-founder of Cloudwords. "Beating competitors in global markets is a white space opportunity for every company looking to drive demand and engagement, and grow revenue. Cloudwords speeds and simplifies the entire content localization process, from vendor selection to the final review phase, so marketers can easily globalize campaigns and reach audiences faster."

"With the new OneReview capability, Cloudwords addresses one of the biggest bottlenecks in the localization process by further streamlining the critical review phase. Since final translation reviews require input from multiple collaborators, it can be challenging to keep track of everyone's edits. This new feature provides me with more visibility into the process and empowers me to keep projects moving forward in a timely fashion," said Susana Vas Aldea, Senior Field Marketing Program Manager at CA Technologies.

OneReview is available immediately to all Cloudwords customers at no additional charge. To learn more, visit http://www.cloudwords.com/how-it-works/onereview .
