Some shareholders have good intentions and just want to provide DD. That said; TECO has published how many PR's (DD) over the years and to what end??? You want to talk about "false DD"? Just read every PR written to date and right in the publics face! If anyone on this board wants to blame anyone for the lack of this or the lack of that then blame TECO and not the typical shareholder. If someone comes out and says an 8K or PR next week because they were clued in but it doesn't happen then put them on IGNORE . On the other hand where would the PPS be without some sort of hope we would all like to provide except those on Ihub of course. People should do their own DD and never rely on message boards. Pick up the phone and call those in the know and they will provide what they can while remaining compliant.
