Since the 8K release this morning there has been many new concerns. How will this effect the next filings? I believe it comes out next week or so. Will there be a delay for the new auditors to get more time to organize?


Question #1: How will this effect the next filings?

Response #1: Even though we are responding after the fact with the 10Q filed before the mandatory deadline on October 20, 2014, we believe it is worthy to state that the Company is committed to report its financial reports as required by the SEC Securities Act. The Company is a fully reporting company and prides itself in filing its financial reports (10K or 10Q, including XBRL Interactive Data Files) with the SEC as required and in compliance with SEC regulations. The fact that the Company met it's reporting obligations, considering the short time frame of 18 days to educate and bring up to speed the new independent registered public accounting firm, is a testament of the dedication and commitment of the Company to meet its reporting responsibilities.

Question #2: Will there be a delay for the new auditors to get more time to organize?

Response #2: The Company and the auditors worked extra hours to ensure that the 10Q was filed before the compulsory deadline of October 20, 2014. We thank our new independent registered public accounting firm for their commitment and dedication in meeting the Company's objectives.
