Award recipients were announced on October 23 at the company's 10th Supplier Day, during which Lam Research focused on collaboration and creating opportunity for mutual success with its customers and suppliers. Executives from suppliers around the world attended the event, where the following six companies were recognized:
- Cal Weld (Fremont, Calif.)
- Edwards Limited (West Sussex, United Kingdom)
- Jabil Circuit, Inc. (St. Petersburg, Fla.)
- Rapid Manufacturing (Anaheim, Calif.)
- Shinko Electric Industries Co., Ltd. (Nagano, Japan)
- Swagelok Co. (Solon, Ohio)
In addition, MKS Instruments, Inc., (Andover, Mass.) received special recognition for its support and important contributions to integration goals during the Lam-Novellus merger.
