You're right and I didn't. At last update, PTOI's plan was to continue full steam ahead on fuel production and additionally try to sell processors. Maybe in the next few months the company will solidify their business plan to nixing production and focusing only on selling processors.
Of course even the shift to include selling processors has been going on for 14.5 months so far. Maybe they need to freshen up the business plan by including licensing the 'technology' in the avenues to follow.
