FOLSOM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MyECheck, Inc. (MYEC), the leader
in electronic check solutions for internet and mobile payments, announced today that it has filed a Form 10 with the Securities Exchange Commission, also known as General Form For Registration of Securities.
The purpose of the Form 10 filing is to register its class of common stock with the SEC, to become fully reporting with the SEC improving company transparency, and to qualify for a more senior stock exchange.
The Form 10 Registration statement contains audited financial statements for the years 2012 and 2013, and auditor reviewed quarterly reports from Q1, Q2 and the months of July and August 2014, and other pertinent information related to the business of the MyECheck (MYEC).
The registration becomes effective after any SEC acceptance, typically after a series of SEC questions and company responses. The company will now file regularly with the SEC.
MyECheck (MYEC) also announced that it re-purchased the one outstanding preferred share of stock for one dollar.
