Show me in any public information where there are claims that nations had real assets in its name ?
Fact is that Nations was a negotiating tool, nothing more, with the potential to bring assets into BKEN.
All negotiations came out as LOI's, non binding and forward looking.
Not sugar coating anything...
Just stating the facts as I knew them then and as they stand today.
