the 2 suits were against the port for ore held hostage which cwrn won as per pr thats why they shipped in same PR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE OTHER WAS DUE TO SOMETHNG ILEGAL SOMEBODY ELSE HAD DONE WHICH WOULD BE WON BY CWRN ALSO

SO WHAT- hasnt been done yet - i think its simply a nod to brads mexican wife in whose hands navials propeties rest due to past mex law re foreign ownership of land -and she may be indigenous and kiliwa is a name representing native peoples in that area
hey if the rabblerouser is impugning native people that kind of thing can get u thrown into jail nowadays
