32-33 shipping cost 1st ship -maybe due to libya war fuel surcharge noted by a pr etc but panamax costs they expected at

these depos are not as reliable as laymen might think-stenographers make a LOT of mistakes in what is often a confusing heated situation, because opposing counsel systemically is NOT interested in truth or justice-from 1st day of law school we were taught ''forget about childhood concepts of truth justice honor righteousness -those things no longer exist -you are hitmen..."

as for kriton 38524 tons was reported as shipping -manifests always vary slightly spot varied from ca 175 to 192(feb 2011)at the time
at a price of 165/ton - a discount of 10 or more- 38524 x 165 =$6,356,460
the itemization of costs and investors paid in may 2011 PR shows millions of PROFITS -Geo invested ca 2 million and 75% of their investment was paid as per the PR plus the other items
at that time and at the time of bobs depo bob/cwrn would very possibly not even have known the totals because geo was handling the books and as per cwrn's complaint geo was allegedly withholding millions so any profits revenue estimates bob had would have to exclude the amount geo was withholding
on this board some were bandying about as low as 155/ton but cwrn said it was MORE than that and the spot- even allowing for a 10 or more discount would back that up
38524 times 155/ton would be $5,971,220
ship costs were unusually large due to various factors -''shipping sharks" and geo was supposedly ship facilitator- thats the correct name so no need for childish games over that- -something they advertised on their website they did-and sept 2011 cwrn got a new ship facilitator
ship co inter alia delayed ship to re-negotiate a ship fuel surcharge due to oil spike to 120/barrel due to libya war due to speculators so ship charge was unusually large
but u dont pay off the millions noted in may 2011 pr,not counting the apparent millions cwrn claims in its complaint against geo that geo withheld
off the top of my head a ship cost of 25 would be 963000- they noted 1.15 million or so -does this include fuel surcharge? fuel surcharge when oil was 120/barrel is unknown
those who ARE concerned w the truth have to do a lot of honest calculations to figure these things out instead of rabbel rousing from the p-nut gallery
