Very hard to be positive when NOBODY knows WTF is

Very hard to be positive when NOBODY knows WTF is going on with the
company. The facts as laid out by the filings are dismal, at best. If NOBODY
knows what is going on, then all we have are the facts.

Facts as we know them -

1. No acquisition of Nations Oil & Gas in the filings. Just a statement at the end
of the filings saying they are looking for oil & gas properties.

2. The press releases in March to July about Nations Oil & Gas were most likely
bullshit lies since they didn't have the balls to put it in their filings.

3. Dilution starts again in massive proportions Jan 2015.

4. Nations Oil & Gas is active and registered in Utah - one of the positives.

5. Someone stated Naumu wasn't given shares until after August 31st... after
BKEN lied about "acquiring" Nations back in March. This may actually be a
"good" thing... who knows - since NO ONE knows what is going on for real.

6. Price is in decline and tax loss selling is about to commence.


Facts are facts. And since NOBODY knows what is going on and all we have
are the filings, it's not looking very good.
