Same as the last time we spoke. Unfortunately, I was dumb enough to hold the bag.
this 8k shows that this borrowed money can be very detrimental or could really prove to be a positive in the future, even possibly in near future. if motovox stays focused on objectives and stays disciplined, they will be able to accomplish all their objectives for 2015 and more but thats if all borrowed funds go to mass producing product and shipping. im sure somebody else can name more BUT if they recklessly spend money on anything other than the production side and shipping, they will go under. the pps is a direct reflection of the business in the sense to where if the business is thriving and we are out of debt or near it, the pps will fly BUT if things stay the same with debt and not being able to meet demand, the pps will stay at these level. we cant clear up debt or do share buy backs unless revenues come in, and revenues wont come in if we dont have products on the shelves. im willing to sit back and see what management will do with the borrowed funds. unfortunately share dilution is the price we as investors have to pay for their borrowed funds because unfortunately, our invested money isnt enough to cover everything they are aiming to accomplish. the dilution will end and yes it will definitely take some time, but if you are invested in the company and its product more than just making a profit, in a few years we will profit. accumulate shares here and there and stop watching the stock and the boards.

Stock Message Board

Good post and congrats on getting into law school.
Same as when we last spoke. Was dumb enough to hold the bag.
No that was the company dumping massive shares on the bid!
And you own how many shares again?
I agree with everything you said but I'm not so sure about IR haunting them for "years". Although of you mean 2 years, then I concur.
Good post !
Was that the guys from Honda, suzuki buying up shares Friday,or was it just me & the other shareholders ?
I agree, Starting Monday!! lot's of newbies here looking for the fortunes that lay ahead..
Is it getting hot in here or is it just me?
*brushes shoulder off*
4s,5s & above on there way.
MTVX isn't "Pump-and-Dump"...mostly just DUMP

Their PR's don't seem able to move the stock upward. At best they have kept the stock from falling even faster than it did. Hard to believe a real company (by penny stock definition) could be stuck this deep in trips. Imo .0001 on the way.
"BILLION-DOLLAR COMPANY"?? Try $1,375,412 a/o Friday. And that doesn't take into account the bottomless pit of debt this company owes.
Exactly! Well said!!
No. Far from it
This is an awesome wrote-off all debts out of the picture.

Good luck everyone!

Well said. The previous and most current publicly filed detailed 8-K ( we should be thankful for the wells notice ) only proves great note conversions currently and in the future. Just my two cents, I will say that those that accumulated at these levels have a good shot with the rate their burning through the authorized, that at this current mkt cap... If they follow through with a 40% reduction in debt and double digit EBITDA in 2015, everyone should make out, even if they r/s only the common series (which should be illegal, but isn't), motoped acquisition to me suggests no r/s too soon due to the lack of protection to such a move to their shares, the I could be wrong with that .005 clause. The products are great, worth the r&d, the potential real. IMO Mgmt had no problem going all or nothing with going public and using us lowly series shareholders for institutional partnership profiteering. I'm just hoping they care a little about the people that helped it float through their darkest hour. Im giving them a year from going public to display true colors outside of self preservation. In the pinks, if the PPS is tanking, but the company is verifiably focusing on operations, it can be a good win for all, and what the pinks are really for. Audited fins tell me they want to turn it around and be honest, and get off the pinks, but wouldn't be surprised if this iron ridge fiasco follows the stock for years. GLTA
