1) Has the former TECO equipment been moved from W Texas to LA yet? No
2) What direct benefit will there be from a shallow well drilled in LA by a Dallas driller to a TECO shareholder? Don't know...
3) How is the move of the Corporate Headquarters coming along from NO to TX?
There has been no move yet, NOLA is supposed to be closed by the end of the month...
4) Is there some ballpark idea of when financials will be completed after auditors have been working on them for 2 months now?
There is no end in sight with this one as they haven't been worked on recently....
The holdup seems to be C&C petroleum. York and Hardin want to be paid.... Ransom I suppose...LOL
Chris has to take the bull by the horns and get that info and complete the filings.

There is no way to understand it if the filings are never done.
