Its one of two By-Laws that have yet to be passed by the Lakeshore Town Council. 72-2014 and 73-2014 have been drafted since June of this year but have not been brought to the floor for a vote. They are having a special meeting on November 4 to vote them into law. http://weblink8.lakeshore.ca/WebLink8/Browse....amp;dbid=1 You can see that both of these are missing from the lakeshore web-site.
