So it is your observation that somebody is in violation of the NDA they signed and decided to share, and thereby allow, these pictures to be posted ?

Basically those pictures don't show anything other than that the parts exist, or existed when the photos were taken.
It is impossible to tell if they are new or old pictures.
It is impossible to tell if they are being stored, have been stored, or are being prepped for movement.
And it is impossible to tell who actually has , or had, possession of the items.
