Well the Financial Statements demonstrate that PPs statement is accurate. The fact is that the processors barely made money, and the Enterprise as a whole lost a ton of money. I don't entirely believe the Income Statement, I believe that some of the massive SGA was actually Product Cost. As it stands, the Gross Margin was maybe 5 %? Revs of 350k and Gross Margin of 5k? The Gross Margin was supposed to be 90% as advertised, as you put it. Cost of 10 and rev of 70 per barrel.
So the Financial Statements tell the tale, regardless of what was advertised.
Personally, I think that the SGA was used to siphon off massive amounts of money to various CONsultants and "friendlies". I cant believe that investors did not notice or care. 2.5 Million dollars, quarter after quarter. It was also used to bury Product Cost, to make the processors appear to be slightly profitable.
