Again, you are asking questions that cannot be answered. Bravens, every investor of any company wants to know more. Shareholder or not the company does not owe you constant pr and constant explanations.
Transparent?! NO company that I know of is transparent. Should apple tell you about every step of that iPhone design process and why? There is now a fine in place for apple product leaks.good luck!

Shares sold? FACT- we do not know who or if any shares were sold. Why speculate?
Results not obtained? I think the company has accomplished a a lot in the last year.
