This is just a hobby for me. Not my day job. My focus remains on seeing the share structure streamlined in advance of the tractor business plan moving forward. You spoke of extra shares being covered after the RS. Doesn't the RS in itself bring to light any extra shares and therefore demand a full accounting prior to trading again?

As to the other items. At no time have I ever suggested that I am completely satisfied with the workings of Tytan International. However I have suggested that I am satisfied being a "silent" partner. That is the path I have chosen and will remain on.
