I wonder if they realize that if this class action suit is actually ever filed that the defendants will be entitled to all the information pertaining to the absent class ?
Names, address, etc.
The courts do not allow anonymity if you are part of the class and not the known filing member.
Sign up, contribute, and file. It will be hoot finding out who everyone is.
