Frederick Simon Hawa (1988), of the City of Toronto, was found to have engaged in professional misconduct for:
withdrawing trust funds held on behalf of three clients as payment of his fees prior to delivering an account.
By Decision and Order dated January 29, 2014, the hearing panel ordered as follows:
Mr. Hawa is to be reprimanded with reasons to follow.

The Respondent shall pay costs to the Law Society in the amount of $15,182 within 12 months of the date of this Order, failing which interest shall accrue at a rate of 3% per annum.
