That'd be very convenient, wouldn't it? Announce they acquired Nations Oil
& Gas back in March, run the stock to .095 only to NOT acquire it and issue
Naumu his shares AFTER the fact, 6 months +++ later only to acquire it all
over again when more shares come off restriction.
