WLOC-JUST OUT- indications of Reverse merger--It ran 40,000% last time the shell was sold.
The Float is probably sub 40MM

4. New CEO is a MERGER MASTER.. IMO they're setting the shell up to be sold.. You gotta be in it to win it with these plays.. Once the news hits your left chasing.
