Liceanse will drive the pps up for sure... But ... The council granting cen their zoning admendment for the next two building would be HUGE. We would see pps drive up to 20 cents easy.
I think the liceanse is pretty much a slam dunk. As do most people, even bashers even tho they won't say it.
Just making the point that when liceanse is announced, don't expect a huge jump in pps.
