Lots of shares issued for convertible debt (funny considering they have no
business). And Fawd stated Naumu told him he was issued 50 million shares
in March. Still no 50 million listed for acquisition(s).
So here's a concern... why are they issying so many shares far below market
value for business expenses when they have no business? Maybe the imaginary
oil deals are more costly than people thought...
Nice increase in the outstanding shares in that Oct 22 filing. Other than that,
I see nothing noting an oil business, an acquisition, or on going concern.
