oh okay ya i sent an email to investor relations with that question about deloitte i guess they need to get license before getting audited? i have not heard back as of yet, will see what they say when i get an answer. It is my understanding though that we need to have audited financials for a certain time frame in order to uplist. so thats where i say we should have been doing this as of late to be ahead of the game
