Quite frankly, I think these are legit concerns. I do not think anyone here has answers to them, that would be satisfactory, as ONLY the company could provide those answers.
So, why don't they ? Which is your question. I do not know.

I think that this company is more than when I bought in around the same time you did, maybe a little sooner. And, it is that fact which keeps me here. I and MANY others want answers as well. Over time, we have gotten the answers to other, original questions we had a year ago. It is SLOWLY coming to light, too damn slow in my and many others opinions, including yours, if I am right.

But, I always have to go back to what has actually happened, what are the FACTS of what has happened in the past year, to make me want to continue to hold for the long term.

That's the best answer I can give you for the moment. Your trading, investing strategy is yours and you should always do what is best for your self and family.
