I agree, rumor is going around that news is supposed to come out in a few days. The company will need to instill confidence in this PR IMO. The biggest concern is that we are entering the height of tax loss selling season though Christmas time. The real danger here is the company not turning this ship around. If they have something they need to let the cat out of the bag asap. $BKEN can yield strong ROI from current levels if they handle things correctly. To date I have been very disappointed in how they have not executed or delivered on anything in their press releases, other than the dividend and name change. I have not seen one business deal closed yet. Perhaps that is what they are getting done and cannot put out press or a disclosure filing until it's done. Time will tell. Go $BKEN !
