I think the locals are mixed bag of really smart people that see the gold mine they are sitting on, and others, well some of the others like the firearm question guy didn't impresses being to bright. Same goes for the other complainer about property values. Where does he think he lives? Scarsdale? This company with all the international grow possibilities would make Lakeshore a very nice profit not to mention hiring local police ect.
