it's not RH's call ..
at this stage >> re: prox sales that are en route >> it would all be
handled between various *legal counsels* of those involved ..
only when they sign off will P2O's mgmt file 8ks .. it's why one
never *commits* to a specific date >> too many other aspects
can interfere ..
that said .. my expectation remains with material events filed
that can't be misinterpreted by *anyone* on or b4 3rd Q is filed
